Abstract:
This page is about how to run a small to mid-sized cyberbusiness in the 21st century. A so called cyberbusiness is a business which may be active worldwide at all times, in all time zones but does not leave the net at any point. It may provide any commercial service or product in the net and via the net. It does not set foot in the world outside the net by e.g. providing retail shops on physical sites. Employees and customers meet and deal with their matters over the net. Communication, internally as well as externally also is just made through the net. Financial matters, matters of jurisdiction and the like, all takes place in cyberspace. However, in the end, also a cyberbusiness needs to be registered and work with a legal framework thus this page also deals with how to chose and run this framework for the fullest satisfaction of customer needs and the business itself. It must be a declared goal to maximise efficiency of the cyberbusiness for the sake of its owners, employees and customers -- customer satisfaction should be paid strong attention even when only operating in cyberspace. Unfortunately, nowadays many cyberbusinesses fail here. That is why so many have become sceptical with the Internet and commercially available services over the net. This page will try to show how to prove the opposite.
